Mr. Ferguson graduated from Rhodes College (B.S. Biology, 1992) and attended Mississippi College School of Law. While at MCSOL he represented the school in National Moot Court competitions and was on the editorial board of the MCSOL Law Review. He was awarded a full scholarship, was the top December graduate and graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) overall. The majority of his practice has been devoted to criminal law and police misconduct(with experience in civil litigation, legal malpractice personal injury and real estate law). He is an attendee of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' "Superheros of DUI Defense" and "Making the Case for Life, VI." His criminal practice has seen him represent clients charged with anything from speeding tickets, all the way up to Capital Murder charges.
Mr. Ferguson now devotes his practice to DUI Defense and capital murder cases. Both cases require a vast knowledge of scientice and law. Mr. Ferguson has extensive training in the medical science and technology necessary to defend individuals proscuted with technology.
